We're a company of people dedicated to serving education. FACTS Management Company was founded during the 1986-87 school year by David Byrnes and Stan Phillips to offer a tuition management service to private and faith-based schools. In 2005, FACTS became part of the Nelnet group of companies (www.nelnet.com), and is now also known as Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS).

FACTS / Nelnet Business Solutions started with one school and 30 families. We now serve approximately 5,000 schools, over one million families, and manage approximately $3 billion in tuition funds each year. But tuition management is not all we do. We offer a comprehensive suite of services for schools, including financial-needs assessment, enrollment management services, powerful fundraising solutions, and college and career planning resources available through Peterson's. Our programs are supported by a team of committed, service-oriented professionals that retain nearly 99% of our schools from year to year.
