Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for testing the integrity of information contained in the company's database (both payer information and institution information), verifying institution banking information, maintaining the relationship with our third party provider of credit card processing, creating payer agreements, and reviewing a wide variety of documents produced in the regular course of business.

This department works closely with our parent company's Legal and Policy Departments providing reasonable assurance of the company's compliance with applicable NACHA rules (which govern electronic banking transactions), applicable credit card association rules, and applicable state and federal laws or regulations (especially those relative to privacy and security concerns). The department maintains the company's policies and procedures. The department is concerned with almost every aspect of the company's functions at some level; thus, its overall responsibility can be summarized as providing information and support to the other departments whenever needed.
