It’s that time of year to make sure your contacts and school enrollment size are updated in the FACTS Tuition Management and Grant & Aid Assessment systems.

  • To update your enrollment size, please contact your account manager or account management team.
  • To view the current contact information we have on file, please log in to FACTS, click on Profile, and then select Contacts. Carefully review the information listed and send your account manager or account management team any necessary updates.

Please do not make any changes on your own, because we have multiples areas within our system that will need to be updated.
