Customized Leadership Programs

Our intentionally designed Leader-Coach interactions are opportunities for short-term problem-solving and long-term leadership objectives to be defined, effectively addressed, and met.  We begin the coaching process by learning from the leadership the perceived and data-informed strengths, challenges, and opportunities for the school or system. We recognize and build upon these strengths, consider solutions to resolve challenges, and explore opportunities for growth and improvement using either, or a combination of, the Appreciative Inquiry process and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) model.  As a result, coaching develops competence, confidence, and self-efficacy in leaders and leadership teams. FACTS offers coaching for school leaders, leadership teams, and other stakeholders in leadership roles in virtual, onsite, and hybrid coaching models. Playlists accompany the leadership coaching experience. Each playlist includes a brief overview of the topic, vision for excellence, associated tools and several research- and evidence-based, as well as, best practice strategies for a coach to share with the leader/leadership team/stakeholders.
