An Overview of FACTS Services and Recent Enhancements
FACTS Tuition Management and Incidental Billing
This session will provide schools with an opportunity to discuss and learn about the best practices in student billing. FACTS team members will present examples from our Tuition Management platform, and give an overview of the customer and family experience. We will also highlight how FACTS can manage all tuition and incidental fees, our focus on best-in-class customer service, and how we save valuable time for today’s schools.
FACTS Student Information System (SIS)
This session will provide an overview of how FACTS SIS automates the flow of information between school administration, business office, teachers, and families. During the demonstration, we will highlight how FACTS financial billing is integrated with the SIS. Additionally, this is a great opportunity to learn about classroom management, admissions, cafeteria management, before/after school care management, report cards and transcripts, newer collaborative academic features, and a chance to discuss the latest concepts with other area schools.
This session will highlight and introduce core areas where FACTS Grant & Aid can improve your awarding processes and save you time! We will cover new enhancements and best practices for reviewing your applications, making data-driven awarding decisions, and communicating with families.
