Florida Catholic schools working with FACTS Management now have access to the recently renovated and updated Institution Dashboard from FACTS for real time financial information and tuition and fee billing positions for all families on the system. Schools can generate reports that list cash remitted data, delinquencies, incidental billing amounts, cash projected information and payment plan statuses.
Florida families being served by FACTS Management are provided easy payment plan and financial aid sign up along with a parent portal to manage their financial obligations with great flexibility. Families can log in to a password protected site to check the status of their account, pay tuition and fees online, update demographic information, switch payment methods, and more.
Other benefits of working with FACTS Management include: single sign-on to all systems and the confidence of knowing FACTS adheres to the most stringent security standards for payment processing (e.g., SSAE 16 audited, PCI DSS Level 1 validation, and Red Flags ready).
