The FACTS team is updating all renweb.com URLs and email sender domains over the holiday break.
On the week of January 5th 2026, all renweb.com URLs and email addresses will transition to FACTSmgt.com.
No action is required, and redirects will be in place to ensure continued access to your applications.
Where This Change Will Be Seen
You’ll see the new domain reflected across: FACTS SIS (including email notifications from Communications, Admissions, Report Cards, Maintenance Manager, etc.), Application & Enrollment, Family Custom App, and Website Services.
Although redirects will be in place, we recommend updating any bookmarked links after January 12, 2026.
