Because of FACTS, I was able to devote more time to addressing concerns and interacting with the parents at our school in a relaxed and pleasant manner instead of having to confront them with payments that are owed or have not cleared. I do not have to personally know when there are issues with payments being behind. Instead of spending hours entering payments into the computer, I now have someone else take care of the small amount of bookkeeping required to keep track of tuition payments.
