I am very satisfied with our school using FACTS as our tuition management and financial aid assessment company. The service they provide for our school is more than satisfactory. Assistance is always available and just a phone call away. This is very important to me. Our FACTS account managers are very pleasant to speak with and always willing to assist in any way. I also like having the use of the online Resource Library and tutorials that are available. I find them very helpful. I consider FACTS to be the best payment plan provider our school has ever used.
