- Who is FACTS?
FACTS is a mission-focused company with 35 years of experience in providing private and faith-based K-12 schools with products and services that elevate the education experience for administrators, teachers, and families. - What is the impact on my students/families?
There will be no immediate impact to your students/families. FACTS is committed to supporting TMS products and processes during your migration to FACTS solutions. You may continue to use the current login links on your websites and within your communications until such time as you migrate to FACTS solutions.
- Are there any immediate changes to TMS contact numbers if I have a service-related question?

The TuitionManagementSystems.com home page will be maintained for all client log-ins, but all marketing content will be removed.
- Who do we contact with questions?
Please direct any questions related to your current TMS services to your TMS customer service representative.

- Will my collection and remittance processes stay the same in the short-term?
Your current processes will stay the same until your school is migrated to the FACTS platform.
- How long will TMS products be supported by FACTS?
FACTS will be reaching out to your school soon to discuss a customized timeline to migrate to FACTS solutions. The goal is for all clients to migrate to FACTS solutions by June 2019 for the 2019/2020 school year. We are committed to supporting core TMS payment functionality during your migration to FACTS solutions.
- Do I have to sign a new contract with FACTS?
No. There will be no immediate changes to your current contract.
- Will you honor my existing TMS pricing?
FACTS will honor your existing pricing for your current services. If, as part of the migration process, any additional functionality is added, additional costs may apply.
- When will I be required to migrate to FACTS solutions?
FACTS will be reaching out to your school soon to discuss a customized timeline to migrate to FACTS solutions. The goal is for all clients to migrate to FACTS solutions by June 2019 for the 2019/2020 school year. We are committed to supporting core TMS payment functionality during your migration.
- How long will it take to implement FACTS solutions?
FACTS will work with your staff to create a customized implementation timeline based on your current products, integration needs, and desired functionality. This timeline will be supported by our dedicated implementation team to ensure that milestones are achieved.
- Will your solutions be able to replace my TMS products?
Yes. We are confident that your migration to FACTS will equip your staff and present your students with similar functionality, while also expanding options and integration capabilities.
- Will FACTS products integrate with my existing third-party relationships?
FACTS has partnerships and existing points of integration with many of the leading third-party providers in the marketplace. An evaluation of your existing third-party relationships will be a part of your migration to FACTS solutions. A comprehensive list of our partnerships can be found here.
- What is the status of my enhancement request?
While FACTS will support TMS products during your migration period, enhancements will be focused on the FACTS solutions.
