FACTS Intelligence connects a school’s data, student information system, enrollment, financial management, family communication, and data analysis, giving school leaders a single system built around outcomes and workflows.
LINCOLN, Neb., May 2026 – FACTS®, the leading technology partner for K-12 schools, announces the official launch of FACTS Intelligence, a connected framework that gives school leaders the confidence to make decisions faster, serve families better, and run their schools more efficiently. Following a soft launch at the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) Convention this spring and the public framework debut at FACTSmgt.com on April 6, 2026, FACTS Intelligence is being formally unveiled to customers in July at the 2026 Elevate Conference in Orlando, Florida.
This launch marks a deliberate transformation in how FACTS delivers its technology, moving from a suite of individual, but integrated, products and services to a unified, intelligence-driven framework built around the full school and family experience.
It is also the next chapter in a legacy FACTS has built with the K-12 market for more than four decades. FACTS pioneered tuition payment plans for private and faith-based schools, opening the door to an independent or faith-based education for generations of students and families who might not otherwise have had access. Years later, FACTS gave schools something the market had never offered: a true end-to-end operational backbone, with an integrated SIS and financial management solution. FACTS Intelligence builds on that foundation.
"Every few years, the K-12 technology market reaches a turning point,"
” and FACTS has consistently been the partner defining what comes next. We brought student information and financial management together when the industry was still selling them separately. FACTS Intelligence is the next chapter of our mission: technology with heart, powered by data.”
How FACTS Intelligence Is Organized
At the center of FACTS Intelligence is a shared data layer (FACTS IQ) that connects every area of school operations and translates activity into actionable insight. School leaders no longer have to piece together information from disconnected systems or reconcile disparate reports to understand what is happening across the school. Whether a family is navigating enrollment, a business manager is forecasting tuition revenue, or a principal is tracking student outcomes, FACTS Intelligence surfaces the right information at the right moment.
The framework is organized around four Intelligence Hubs, all powered by FACTS IQ, the platform’s core intelligence layer that connects data, analytics, integrations, and the SIS as the system of record:
- Admissions Intelligence unifies inquiry, application, workflow automation, reporting, and financial commitment into one structured hub, giving school leaders real-time visibility into pipeline health, admissions yield, and enrollment revenue.
- Engagement Intelligence centralizes school-to-home communication, simplifies enrollment workflows, and builds trust across every touchpoint in a family’s journey.
- Financial Intelligence connects tuition management, financial aid, fees, and enrollment revenue into one structured financial framework, giving school leaders the clarity to plan, forecast, and protect long-term stability.
- Success Intelligence provides professional development, coaching, and instructional services that turn data into stronger teaching and improved learning outcomes.
Built In Response To What Schools Are Experiencing Today
The framework was launched in direct response to challenges K–12 schools face today, including platform fatigue, financial pressure on families, and the growing demand for tools that reduce complexity rather than add to it. It is designed to give administrators more time for what matters by reducing the effort required to stay informed and act.
"Behind every data point is a student, a teacher, or a family."
“We’re introducing FACTS Intelligence to honor that and to give school leaders the time they need to focus on the people, not the process.”
FACTS serves more than 12,000 K-12 schools across the United States and internationally, with a long-standing commitment to private and faith-based school communities. FACTS Intelligence builds on more than forty years of partnership and reflects the company’s continued investment in technology that supports the whole school community.
