aware3 is now FACTS

As of March 1, 2024, aware3, a company that provides an engagement and giving platform for faith-based organizations, will join the FACTS family of products and services.

This is an exciting new chapter for aware3, and under the FACTS brand, will offer customers a comprehensive set of solutions to promote their mission.

FACTS understands that having the right solutions is key for membership-based communities to reach their audiences and support their missions. Current aware3 customers still have full access to products and there will be no disruption in service. Customer support will remain available through the Zendesk portal within the app for current aware3 platform customers or contact [email protected] with questions.
