Designing Tech-Balanced Classrooms

Technology belongs in classrooms, but not everywhere and not all the time. This workshop helps educators think critically about when digital tools enhance learning and when they get in the way. Participants explore how to design instructional routines that balance screen time with hands on, collaborative, and unplugged learning experiences. The focus is on intentionality: making thoughtful choices about technology use rather than defaulting to devices out of habit. Educators leave with strategies for creating classrooms where technology serves learning goals instead of driving them.
