Environment and Engagement

By creating a classroom community, students are more engaged and comfortable contributing. We help teachers to build respect and rapport with students in a safe, open classroom environment that is responsive to who the student is, their home/family experience, cultural background, and approach to learning. Teachers establish respectful and engaging environment grounded in structures and procedures, setting the stage to effectively deliver engaging lessons that value the dignity of each student, acknowledges individual strengths, recognize resilience, and hold every student to high academic and behavioral expectations.
