Fundraising & Development  

A school and organization that excels in fundraising and development has a comprehensive development plan for the annual and long-term financial health and sustainability. All relevant stakeholders are engaged in efforts to support the mission of the school and appropriate outreach, participation, and acknowledgment occurs. Coaches are able to support tasks including collecting and organizing fundraising and development data, setting and tracking goals, analyzing current activities, and developing a coherent plan (targets, strategies, timeline) that includes fundraisers, appeals, events, grants, major donors, as well as print, digital, and in-person communications to identify, maintain, and increase the giving base.
