Background
Our partnership with CampusGuard first emerged in 2022 due to their team seeking updates made to their content. The CampusGuard team needed their content redesigned to stay ahead of the curve and capture their learner’s attention. It was also crucial to that the content met strict accessibility standards, based on WCAG 2.0 VPAT version 2.4 compliance.

Content Creation Services
FACTS’ (former CD2 Learning’s) content development team has partnered with CampusGuard’s subject matter experts in order to develop their cybersecurity catalog, consisting of 25+ courses covering topics of PCI, FERPA, GLBA, HIPAA, FACTA, phishing, and more! The content services for this project was very robust and includes full storyboard design, developing animated videos, audio assets, privacy forms and over 1,000 pages of interactive elements. With this offering, CampusGuard can keep learners engaged and lead as an industry expert with innovative learning.
Accessibility
A key part of the delivery was to ensure that all content met specific guidelines in order to be in compliance with VPAT version 2.4 and WCAG 2.0 standards. CampusGuard and FACTS collaborated to include criteria such as captions, audio control, audio only/video only options, and more for each learning module. Each module that is delivered includes a report audit that documents content aligning to these accessibility standards.
