Institute of Reproductive Grief Care

The Institute of Reproductive Grief Care is a non-profit that offers education, research, expertise and support after pregnancy and reproductive loss. They provide education and resources to healthcare professionals including hospitals, medical professionals, therapists, social workers and pregnancy centers, as well as community and faith leaders.

Background

In 2020, Reproductive Grief Care was looking for a way to transition their traditional in person training to a hybrid learning environment. They needed a learning management platform that was tailored to fit their extended enterprise business model. Users needed to be able to register for two types of training – on demand and hybrid learning. In order to keep accreditation and receive funding for additional grants, they needed a robust reporting solution to measure key data points across all of their certifications and evaluations.

Solutions

E-Commerce Storefront (Extended Enterprise)

Reproductive Grief Care is leveraging FACTS’ (formerly CD2 Learning’s) e-commerce storefront to allow their learners to sign up for on demand courses as well as webinars. This solution also allows hospital groups to make bulk purchases on behalf of their staff and distribute seats accordingly.

Course Authoring Tools

Reproductive Grief Care delivers their training through FACTS’ native course building tool! They are equipped to build e-learning and hybrid courses, that include video webinars, handouts, assessments, anonymous/non-anonymous surveys, and embedded Zoom meetings. Through embedding Zoom meetings, users never have to leave the learning platform and this creates a true “one stop shop.”

Reporting Library

Reproductive Grief Care makes the most out of the broad reporting library that FACTS offers by tracking surveys, assessment scores, and locations of users in an effort to improve training and expand their reach.
