FACTS and MobileServe are integrated to elevate your volunteer management experience and ensure accurate records across both systems. Approved service hours in MobileServe are automatically updated in the FACTS system, including details such as service duration, description, and date, ensuring accurate reporting. Plus, student and parent user profiles are updated in real time, with optional automated removal for graduates and transferred students.
