Last Updated: June 4, 2025

This EEA/UK/Swiss Privacy Statement supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to the extent we collect or otherwise process personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), or Switzerland in connection with the relevant Services, where such processing is subject to applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. For more information about what we mean by controller, please visit our Notice to Our Organization Customer End Users section in our Privacy Policy.

Data Processing

We use the personal data for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy because we have a legitimate business interest in providing our Services. In accordance with applicable law, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the interests we pursue are balanced with your interests, rights, and freedoms, which we can explain upon request.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent to process your personal information, such as to send you marketing communications about our Services, offers and promotions, and to invite you to events and to participate in surveys.

Where we have a contract with an organization customer, we process personal data as necessary to perform our contractual relationship, provide our Services, and manage our relationships.

We may also use the information we obtain about you for other purposes disclosed at the time your information is collected. To the extent required by applicable law, the notice will also describe our legal basis for processing personal information.

Privacy Rights

If you are located in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may have the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you in connection with the relevant Services:

  • To request confirmation of whether we process personal data about you and, if so, to request a copy of that data;
  • To request that we rectify or update your personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated;
  • To request that we erase your personal data in certain circumstances;
  • To request that we restrict the use of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while we consider another request that you have submitted like a request that we update your personal data;
  • To object to our processing of personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation;
  • Where you have given us consent to process your personal data, to withdraw your consent; and
  • In certain circumstances, and if technically feasible, to request that we provide a copy of your personal data to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in certain circumstances.

To exercise these rights, please email [email protected]. Depending on your location, you may have the right to file a complaint with a privacy regulator if you are not satisfied with our response.

Automated Data Collection

Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent to use cookies. We may also request your consent to send you promotional messages, deliver advertisements about our Services, or disclose your data to partners and other third parties for marketing purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences.  For more information about our use of cookies, please visit our Automated Information Collection section in the Privacy Policy. Children’s Privacy

For children located in jurisdictions within the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (as applicable) we comply with the age limits applicable in each Member State and to our Services.  In these instances, the references in our Privacy Policy to the age of 13 will be deemed to be references to the age limits applicable in each Member State.  Where our Privacy Policy refers to consent in relation to processing the personal data of any person under the age limits applicable in each Member State, such processing will require the consent of that person’s parent or legal guardian.

Data Transfers

We may transfer the personal data that we collect about you to recipients in countries other than the country in which the personal data originally was collected. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the personal data. When we transfer your personal data to recipients in other countries, we will protect that personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will comply with applicable legal requirements by providing adequate protection for the transfer of personal information to data recipients in countries outside of the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. To the extent these data recipients are in countries that are not recognized by the European Commission or another relevant body as providing an adequate level of data protection, we provide appropriate safeguards aimed at ensuring a required level of data protection, including by entering into Standard Contractual Clauses issued by relevant authorities, such as the European Commission, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, as applicable. Subject to applicable law, you may obtain a copy of these safeguards by contacting us as described in the “How to Contact Us” section in the Privacy Policy.
