K-12 Social Studies/History

An effective social studies/history teacher shows excellence by ensuring that learners connect themselves and their direct environments with the content taught in the classroom. We support teachers in implementing the NCSS standards and to ensure students are mastering skills in developing questions and planning inquiries, applying disciplinary concepts and tools, evaluating sources and using evidence, and communicating conclusions and taking informed actions.
