The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act: Provisions That Apply to Private and Faith-based Schools

About This Course

COVID-19 and its subsequent economic impact has certainly affected the education environment of our schools – our students, our teachers, and our administrators. These are difficult times for all of us. Working together, we will look back on the spring of 2020 with mutual admiration at our collective efforts to overcome the obstacles before us. In that light, Dr. Patrick Haggarty, President of FACTS Education Solutions, will share current information and insight into the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for nonprofit organization. He will also review the Education Stabilization Fund, a provision of the CARES Act, for private and faith-based schools, including its impact and implications on equitable participation for private school children and teachers.
