FACTS, what can I say! It has helped make our tuition process a cohesive and worry free process. And now with incidental billing it will eliminate all of the additional monies that also become part of our parent’s payments to the school! We love FACTS, can't live without it. Please don't ever stop working for us!

Our six K-12 schools were struggling with on-time tuition payments, registration of families, and grant applications when along came FACTS Management to save the day. We now have families who can register all their children at one time no matter what school their children are enrolled in, easy tuition payments without a hassle for schools or families and a minimum concern about cash flow problems, and grant applications that are processed through one affiliate with recommendations sent to individual building administrators. Oh how FACTS has made life a lot easier for all of us in Jackson.

Time and money have been saved because of the FACTS Management System that allowed us to discontinue the many reminders sent to families via phone, mail, and e-mail. After 11 years, the hours saved are incalculable for our clerical staff. More importantly, this system provides information for parents without the embarrassment of the school contacts. By way of FACTS, the "third person contact" is an efficient means to preserve the dignity of the families who might have some difficulties in meeting their financial commitments.

Because of FACTS, we were able to relax and realize when tuition payments are late, FACTS will follow up. Before FACTS, we spent countless hours collecting tuition and writing follow-up letters. Our tuition collection rate has gone up dramatically which enables us to keep our budget in balance. We also use FACTS for our Financial Aid Assessment. What a wonderful tool! It is great to have an outside party help determine true financial need. It is nice to have paperwork to support the reason someone did or did not qualify for assistance. The FACTS team is really a helpful group of people!
