LINCOLN, Neb., June 24, 2019 — FACTS, a leading provider of service and technology solutions for private K-12 schools, today announced the launch of FACTS Application & Enrollment. The new solution is designed to streamline the admissions process for private K-12 schools and families by offering online application and re-enrollment packets, a responsive web interface, and the ability to accept credit card payments for application fees and registration.
FACTS Application & Enrollment combines two FACTS products – Online Application (OA) and Online Enrollment (OE) — into one highly efficient, standalone solution. Schools currently using OA and OE will begin to see the product referred to as FACTS Application & Enrollment or FACTS A&E.

With FACTS Application & Enrollment, schools can create applications and collect enrollment fees all online, enabling admissions offices to reduce or eliminate paper usage – a trend that’s becoming increasingly more common for schools across the country.
In addition, the product simplifies re-enrollment for schools with returning families by taking a typically laborious, paperwork-laden process entirely online. FACTS Application & Enrollment allows schools to import and export information through their existing Student Information System (SIS) – even if they aren’t currently using FACTS SIS.
Schools can reconcile their application and re-enrollment fees in the FACTS system as well. If schools are using FACTS Tuition Management, they’re given an opportunity to experience parts of FACTS Premier Billing without being required to purchase FACTS SIS.
