Time and money have been saved because of the FACTS Management System that allowed us to discontinue the many reminders sent to families via phone, mail, and e-mail. After 11 years, the hours saved are incalculable for our clerical staff. More importantly, this system provides information for parents without the embarrassment of the school contacts. By way of FACTS, the “third person contact” is an efficient means to preserve the dignity of the families who might have some difficulties in meeting their financial commitments.
