This is the time of year when families are looking for records of their charitable giving for tax purposes. We’re excited to announce that if you’re a FACTS Giving customer, you can now easily customize, generate, download, and email end-of-year statements to your donors.

Of course, your donors are always able to locate their giving history by going to the bottom of your school’s FACTS Giving page and navigating to “My Giving”. They’ll just need to enter their email and phone number associated with the gifts they gave to view donation history. Then, they can select to receive their information via email or text message.
